Thank you for shopping at Best Practice Publishing Limited. We want every book you purchase to find a happy home on your shelf. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging (if applicable), and accompanied by the receipt, or proof of purchase.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. For approved returns, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5–10 business days).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned such as e-books or audiobooks once downloaded, as well as gift cards, books marked as “clearance” or “as-is”, and Items with visible spine creasing, ink markings, or water damage caused after purchase.
SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we sent you the wrong book or it arrived damaged, we will cover all shipping costs for the exchange or return. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in these cases.
EXCHANGES
If you’ve realized you bought the wrong edition or simply changed your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange for another title of equal value, provided the original book is in pristine condition.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at sales@bestpracticepublishing.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
